Imam jednu unuku malu,uvijek je spremna za svaku šalu.
I've got a granddaughter who's still very small;she's always up for a joke, any at all.
Ne ide u školu, al' slike riše,poneko slovo već zna da piše.
She's not yet in school, but she draws with a will;a few of her letters she writes with some skill.
Vrlo je vrijedna, voli da radi,voli da gricka i da se sladi.
She's very hard-working, she likes to do chores,she likes to nibble, and sweets she adores.
Svu hranu voli rado da jede,to je od svoga vidjela djede.
She eats any food, and she finds it all good:she's watched her own grandpa, and does as he would!
U igri njeni prolaze dani,godinu ima više od lani.
In playing and games all her days slip away;she's a year older than last year, today.
