U Valpovu usred parkaima jedna divna zgrada,sastaje se ovdje društvou BORAVKU DNEVNOM sada.
In the park in Valpovostands a lovely building, wherefriends now meet in companyin the DAY CENTRE, gathered there.
Tu je društvo svakog dana,ženice se zabavljajui prošlost je lijepa bila,ali za nju ne pitaju.
Every day the group is here,ladies have their fun and play;and though lovely was the past,they don't ask for yesterday.
Tu igraju razne igre,dosadno im nikad nije,a kad grlo se osuši,kavica se slatko pije.
Here they play all sorts of games,never bored the whole day through;and when throats begin to dry,coffee's sipped, and sweetly too.
Svakog dana ovdje dođu,mnogo dama našeg kraja,preko dana da si nađu,zemaljskoga malo raja.
Every day the ladies come,many from around our way,just to find themselves a crumbof earthly heaven through the day.
Petrović je tu Vanesakoja ovo društvo vodi.Kad se ovdje žene skupe,tu se druže u ljepoti.

Ponekada nešto rade,vezenjem se neke bave,al' godine brzo lete,pa rođendan često slave.
Now and then they do some work,some take up embroidery too;but the years go flying fast,birthdays keep on falling due.
A posao važan nijeza njeg' nitko i ne hajetaj BORAVAK DNEVNI želebar što duže da potraje.
Work, though, isn't what's important,no one cares for it, not one;all they wish is that their DAY CENTRElasts as long as it can run.
