Mili, Bože, što godine lete,pa na pleća kao teret slete.Zima tiho kuca mi na vrata,eto stiže već i sveta Kata.
Dear God, how swiftly all the years fly by,and on our shoulders like a burden lie;the winter's softly knocking at my door,and here's Saint Kata, come around once more.
A što drugo da vam sada velim:svim Katama ja imendan želim,a posebno našoj priji Kati,njen imendan da joj se pozlati!
And what else is there left for me to say?I wish all Katas a happy name day,but most of all our prija Kata dear:may her name day be gilded bright this year!
Divne snove u životu snila,i sa nama ugodno družila,sreće, zdravlja i da se veseli:obitelj Benak od srca joj želi!
