Your society counts in its ranksa singing choir, the "Perunike" by name;all across Slavonia they sing,and they are your honour, pride and fame.
Kada pjesma nježno dušu dira,da bi srcu toplu ljubav dala:Marija je, časna Cavor-Mira,"Perunike" društvo osnovala.
When a song, so gentle, brings love nearer,warming soul and heart with tender glow,it was Marija, honoured Cavor-Mira,who founded the "Perunike" choir we know.
U nastupu svojim toplim glasom,ni sirene nisu im na diku,zato svome mjestu Ivankovu,one tvore božanstvenu sliku.
In performance, with their voices warm,not the Sirens could with them compete;and so, for their own Ivankovo,they form a picture heavenly and sweet.
Pa je zato i meni do dike,moje pjesme poje "Perunike".Nek' vam bude veselo i živo,pozdravlja vas: pjesnik Benak Ivo!
