Ja ne pišem pjesma više,jer mi tuga grudi steže.Ja ne pišem stiha više,jer me bol uz krevet veže.
Poems I don't write any more,sorrow weighs my breast like lead;verses I don't write any more,pain has tied me to my bed.
Nema stiha radosnoga,nemam zdravlja ni ljubavi,samo stiha žalosnoga,jer su bolni mi udovi.
There's no verse that rings with gladness,I have neither health nor love,only verses full of sadness,for my limbs hurt when they move.
