Nikada te ne ću zaboravit moći.Divna, nasmijana tvoja usta medna,što bijahu mojih poljubaca žedna,ni predivne tvoje umiljate oči.

I never, ever shall be able to forgetyour lovely, laughing mouth, with all its honey sweet,that thirsted for my kisses every time we'd meet,nor those endearing eyes of yours, the loveliest yet.

Ja nikada ne ću zaboravit moći,sa tvojega lica kad pročitah sreću.I nikada s drugom sretan biti ne ću,kao s tobom svake provedene noći.

I never, ever shall be able to forgetthe happiness that I could read upon your face;and never with another woman in your placebe happy as with you on all the nights we met.

Ja nikada ne ću zaboravit moći,bilo tvoga srca kad se sastajemo,tužan pogled oka kad se rastajemo,ni suzama toplim, orošene oči.

I never, ever shall be able to forgeteach time we met, the beating of your tender heart,the sad look in your eyes each time we had to part,nor those two eyes of yours, with warm tears dewy-wet.

I nikada ne ću zaboravit moći,treptaj tvoga tijela u mom zagrljaju,u naručju tvome k'o da sam u raju,ni tvoj tihi šapat: kada ćeš mi doći?

And never, ever shall I manage to forgetyour body's trembling as I held you close to me,and in your arms, as though in heaven I would be,nor how you'd whisper: "When will you come? How long yet?"
