Podatke mi pošaljiteda bih znao nešto više:stvarnu vrijednost našeg sela,sad malenkost moja piše.
Please send me the facts and figures,so I'll know a little moreof our village's true value:that is what I'm writing for.
Stanovnika kol'ko ima,od kad svoje ime nosi,sa čime se Sopje bavii sa čime se ponosi.
Just how many souls it numbers,since when it has borne its name,what our Sopje works and lives by,and what brings it pride and fame.
Napišite sve što treba,da bi Sopje proslavili.Dični ljudi onog kraja,za ljepotu Sopja znali.
Write down everything that's needed,so that Sopje we may praise,so the worthy folk of those partslearn of Sopje's lovely ways.
